Frequently asked questions
Which fabrics are accepted?
Most garments made of suiting, coating and delicate fabrics are accepted. The fabric label is checked during inspection and the right method is chosen.
How is stain removal assessed?
The stain's type, location and relationship with the fabric are assessed during inspection. Because the result depends on the nature of the stain, no outcome is guaranteed in advance.
How are lined garments handled?
The lining and outer fabric are considered separately, and suitable care is chosen for each.
